MAYFORCE is looking for a Scrummaster and earn up too 6400 (36 hours).


You are as Agile as can be, have a KanBan board at home and have a daily scrum with your partner, kids or dog. You believe in Agile in good and bad times and are amazing at getting other people as excited as yourself. You know what people want and need and you change your behaviour based on this.

What will you do?
Within the CRM department of the company IT we are looking for a Scrum Master, who has experience with DevOps teams in scaled environments and can act as a coach. You coach your team members in the Agile way of working and help them to be the best they can be. You are a change agent and can provide the teams with a positive culture in which they can grow and excel.
Our organization is setup in tribes, areas and squads. You will be working in the area CRM Core & Client Data Quality, part of tribe DCP. As a Scrum Master you will be working with two to three squads, communicating in English.
We believe that Scrum Masters can coach in their squads and area and therewith make an impact on the bigger organization. We think our group of Scrum Masters are best placed to work together to develop the area as a whole. This includes solving organisational impediments, challenging priorities & focus and facilitating in area strategy, goals & KPI setting.

Job requirements:

  • You are down to earth and dare to challenge the status quo. You help your teams to find practical solutions for their everyday challenges. You have good knowledge of different coaching and agile techniques/frameworks as well as considerable experience in agile work environments. You are experienced in IT and DevOps and can help your team find the balance between fast delivery and robust operations.
  • Looking at the different scrum master stances, we are primarily looking for the coach and change agent, who is capable of helping the teams to higher levels of autonomy (rather than the facilitator and teacher who is needed during the first stages of agile transition). You will also enjoy solving organisational impediments at the area level and should be able to influence all kind of stakeholders to work better together.
  • Multiple years of experience in these areas is a must.
  • What we expect from you
  • You are familiar with IT and should be able to contribute to the IT strategy for the area. You participate in the squad triangle, on equal footing with the Product Owner and Solution Architect. You act as a change agent to enable fast delivery and reliable operations for your squads. Most importantly, you coach your squads to think ahead, act pro-actively and grow in maturity.
  • You coach both the teams and the individual team members. You also work closely with the group of Scrum Masters to support and develop the area as a whole. This means active engagement with the Product Owner group, Solution Architect group, IT Leads and also other areas within our Tribe.
  • You have to speak and write Dutch fluenlty for this role.
