Are you the organized, innovative and process driven colleague we are looking for? MAYFORCE is looking for a HR Front Office Assistant and earn up too 3700 (36 hours).


What will you do?

  • General administration and coordination;
  • Answering all internal and external HR-related queries and requests;
  • Assisting with payroll administration;
  • Maintaining and updating employee records (in HRIS) and HR policies;
  • Processing mutations in the various (partial) administration(s) such as the personnel system, absence system, etc;
  • Assisting with (and executing) the termination process.

We are currently a team of six but growing fast, our focus is on the Dutch entity. In this team you will be working in an international environment. You will work closely together with hiring managers, recruiters and HR Business Partners to ensure that the HR policies, processes, and practices are improved and are as efficient as possible. There is a lot to do!
This position reports to the HR Services Manager and supports any special (ad hoc) project.

Job requirements:

  • 4-5 years' proven work experience as an HR Administrator or HR Office Assistant;
  • Experience with HR software ideally SAP SuccessFactors and ADP;
  • •Computer literacy (MS Office applications, especially excel);
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to priorities important projects;
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills in both Dutch and English language.

Skills we’d like:

  • Handling of health and safety matters and absenteeism;
  • Knowledge and understanding of payroll processes;
  • Experience with the implementation of new tools and systems.
