Business Analyst
MAYFORCE is looking for a Business Analyst and earn up too 6400(36 hours).
What will you do?
Within tribe Data Foundation we are currently looking for a PMO Communication, Recruitment & Onboarding. In this role, you are part of the Tech Chapter and support the Tech Leads on the strategic themes ‘People & Talent Management’ and ‘Resource Management’. You work with- and for the Tech leads, and are part of the Tech MT.
In your Communication PMO role, you focus primarily on:
- Boosting employee engagement and wellbeing and knowledge sharing through
- organizing and hosting events (Engagement Scan Follow-up sessions, Tech Sessions &
- events, etc.);
- Increasing knowledge sharing, for example through organizing and hosting events;
- Tribe communication on Tech topics and community events;
- Implementing Engineering Culture within the Tribe
- As Recruitment & Onboarding PMO, you are focusing on;
- Supporting on, and improvement of, the recruitment, onboarding and exit process;
- Creating and/or optimizing vacancy texts, first screening and selection of candidates and close alignment with Subject Matter Experts within IT4IT;
- Supporting Tech Leads on the preparation and execution of the Strategic Resource Plan for the IT Chapter;
- Coordinating the set-up of the New Joiner Kick Start program;
- Regularly updating new joiner information;
- Optimizing the buddy-plan and supporting buddies in onboarding new joiners;
- Supporting new joiners in finding their way within the organization.
