Asset Sales Officer

MAYFORCE is looking for a Asset Sales Support Officer and earn up too 2300(36 hours).

What will you do?
As an Asset Sales Support Officer, you will support the Asset Sales Specialists in executing the sales activities of assets and the End of Lease process.

• Execute appropriate documentation, invoicing and administration;
• Support the team in building periodic reports using Microsoft Excel;
• Produce End-of-Lease information letters for end-customers with the use of existing letters;
• Administrate contract buy-outs in our systems;
• Organize logistics for the repossession or delivery of remarketed assets.

Job requirements:

• Strong administrative support skills;
• Good Microsoft Excel skills;
• Great verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch as English;
• A team player;
• Customer Focused;
• Quality driven and results oriented.
